For example, many pe ople would obtain that a naturalized person adopted to American parents at the age of three months, attends American schools would have more qualifications than someone who was born in the US but moved to Europe, attends European school, comes back to US at the age of 40, get aways for presidency at 55.Limiting these opportunities for naturalized people would be unfair and could flow to discrimination. Not giving someone with presidential qualifications but not allowing them to run for president could be a discrimination of race, religion, or the fact that they were born in a foreign country. Article I of the Constitution states that All man are born free and equal. This means that not allowing an eligible person to run for president is against the Constitution.Someone who put lots of effort and time towards US shouldnt not be stopped from running for president just because they were born in a foreign country. Many people with many experiences even from different backgrounds shou ld be eligible to become presidents.
